Every tiny piece of wood & each pour of resin holds its very own characteristics meaning no two pieces will ever be truly duplicated or match exactly.
This is what makes these pieces so damn cool.
Every live edge is so unique.
I do my best to eliminate tiny flaws, like bubbles & scratches, but the reality is not everything can be crafted to absolute perfection. I'm making this with my own damn hands, ya'll. Please embrace life’s tiny imperfections when purchasing your Blonde & Burl Wood Co. items.
Also - this small business is run by one single person.
My husband helps sometimes but only with tool stuff.

I do not offer local pick up.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed & fulfilled.
Made to order items are noted in the items description and may require up to 10-14 days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.
USPS First Class Mail is my preferred method of shipping.
Default option of First Class Package is $4.99. Priority Mail is available at checkout for $8.99. Purchases over $100 dollars are eligible for free shipping.
Blonde & Burl Wood Co. is not responsible should incorrect information, like addresses, be input by the customer causing for delayed or no delivery.
Most packages will return to seller thru USPS. If package is returned the customer must purchase new shipping to create correctly addressed label.
I am not responsible for packages lost within USPS. I can help by creating a lost package report but these are not always successful.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES & DISCOUNTS
Discounted items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges are eligible if the item was purchased with a discount code or through a promotional sale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
There is zero profit in shipping these days so there is nothing to refund.
If seller agrees a return can be made it will be for store credit. Store credits are issued in the form of electronic gift cards. Shipping of any returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Custom orders are not eligible for discounts or returns.
Custom orders typically have a minimum of a two week turnaround time.
All custom orders are shipped thru Priority Mail to ensure proper delivery.
I have the right to refuse any work I can't reasonably complete or am not interested in creating. I'm an artist.
Sometimes things break and that sucks. However, I am happy to make repairs to items it repair is possible. If repair is at all possible, items can be mailed back to me at customers expense. Email email@example.com to discuss the possibility of repairing your item.
Items damaged or broken due to wet wood and/or water exposure will not be repaired. Even with tarnish resistant gold filled or sterling silver materials, I always advise you to remove your items before showering, swimming etc. Don't get wood jewelry wet.
